Branching Out For Better. With a passion for developing talent and streamlining processes,
Bakkah excels in HRIS System Management, Payroll Management, Benefits Administration,
Compliance, and Training & Development.

Her leadership abilities and exceptional communication skills have been honed through roles such as HR/Payroll Manager at Diversified Technology Incorporated and Senior Recruiter at various firms. Bakkah holds a Master’s Degree in Public Relations from Full Sail University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/International Business from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Emerson Branch III, Co-Owner

Emerson Branch III is a seasoned Engineer Paramedic Rescue Diver with a distinguished
career in the Chicago Fire Department. Currently detailed to Air Sea Rescue, Emerson is
responsible for Fast Boat 688 operations, maintenance, and inventory management, ensuring safety and efficiency in marine distress calls. With a strong focus on dedication, loyalty, and trustworthiness, Emerson has developed extensive skills in navigation, rescue operations, and emergency response. His certifications include Rescue Diver, Advanced Open Water, and Paramedic Certification. Emerson’s disciplined approach and leadership qualities significantly contribute to the operational excellence and reliability of Branching Out For Better’s transportation services.

Joseph Branch, Executive Assistant

Joseph Branch is a people-oriented professional with a proven track record in customer service and operations management. With over four years of experience, Joseph has developed strong competencies in customer service, teamwork, and organizational skills. His roles as a Host at Cajun Boil and Bar and Baker at Ellies have equipped him with the ability to handle high pressure situations and deliver exceptional service.
